Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Product is returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund

We do not expect customers to use damaged products.

Custom or Special Order Filters

Custom or made-to-order filters may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly manufactured.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size filter, please contact our team. We will help determine the correct replacement option.
